How is the online purchase made?

  1. Choose the products that you like the most and add them to the shopping cart, making sure that the size and color chosen are correct.
  2. The number of products you have added and their total amount (without shipping costs) appear in the cart. When you have finished, click on the cart icon to review the products you have selected and make a final assessment of the amount of your order.
  3. At the moment of proceeding with the purchase, click on "Finish order", fill in the form indicating the data that we request (necessary to manage your order).
  4. Once the process has been successfully completed, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.

Note: We try to show the colors of our products as true as possible, however, there are many factors that can vary their appearance, such as the color calibration of your monitor, and that are beyond our control. If you have any questions about the color of any of our products, contact us.

The model I want is out of stock, can I order it?

In the event that an item is out of stock, if it appears on the web as PRE-SALE, it means that it can be ordered and as soon as the replacement is made, the shipment will be made (it usually takes between 7-10 days for the replacement to arrive). It is possible that some items in PRE-SALE are finally not available, if that happens, the total amount paid will be refunded, including shipping costs.

If it does not appear as PRE-SALE, it means that there will be no more reruns for the moment. In any case, any replacement will be notified by Instagram stories.

Can I request models that do not appear on the Web?

It is not possible to acquire products that do not appear on the Web.

What sizes are shown on the Web?

All sizes shown are continental European. If you have any questions, consult the product description, the Size Guide or contact us through the contact form.

Where do you ship and what is the amount?

We ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, France, Italy and Germany.

Shipping costs vary depending on the place of delivery, weight and price of the products and are calculated automatically in the purchase process. Shipping costs for purchases over €100 are free for mainland Spain, with WEAR AINARA choosing the most convenient carrier.

What is the deadline?

The delivery time varies depending on the place of delivery and type of shipment chosen by the User.

The delivery time within the Peninsula is usually 24 working hours. For the Balearic Islands between 3 and 4 working days. For Portugal between 4 and 5 working days. For international shipments the delivery time is between 5 and 6 working days.

The delivery time begins to count from the moment the order is processed (1-2 business days). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

In times of high demand (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.) shipping times could be affected. In these cases, it is recommended to buy in advance.

What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery?

Depending on the shipping method, the courier will make one or two delivery attempts at the address. If the order cannot be delivered, the delivery person will leave it at a delivery point.

The best way to manage delivery is by contacting the carrier directly or requesting delivery at a collection point in the purchase process.

How I can cancel my order?

When you place an order you are making a purchase and therefore the amount will be deducted from the card with which the payment was made, therefore, if you want to cancel the order once confirmed, you will have a management fee of €4. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Is it possible to change or return an order received?
