RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It is possible to make changes or refunds of products purchased online (in the case of exchange it would be for a voucher or code to spend on the web without expiration):

• For exchanges or returns, contact via email indicating order number, name, item and reason for change or return : info@wearainara.com .

The Shipping costs of the change or return are borne by the User as stated in the LGDCU and will be deducted from the total amount of the change or refund . The deadline for changes or returns is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order (or arrival at the pack point) . To make the change or return it will be necessary to meet the following conditions:

• The product It should not show signs of use .
• The product must be sent in the same conditions in which it was received (unused, unwashed, with the label attached) within the 14 calendar days from receipt of the order (or arrival at the pack point) . Including its original packaging as well as the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it. Products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not be exchanged. Changes or returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and will be re-sent to the User assuming the costs of said shipment. In case of not taking charge of these costs, the articles will not be sent again.
• Once received, we will proceed to examine the returned product and the User will be informed via email within a reasonable period of time if the change or return is appropriate. Once the exchange or return is approved, the refund or a code or voucher will be issued for the full value of the purchased products returned by the User, excluding the original shipping costs and the shipping costs of the return within a maximum period of 14 calendar days counting from receipt of the returned product.

If you have benefited from a free shipping promotion for exceeding a minimum order amount, the original shipping cost will be passed on in the event that the remaining amount does not exceed the minimum amount for the initial free shipping.

Requests for exchange or return of party clothing will not be accepted after December 31, 2022 (for orders received before that date). Changes or returns of products belonging to the OUTLET section of our online store will not be accepted.

Items purchased in markets cannot be returned , only exchanges in the following 5 calendar days.

For special orders or personalized items , on demand, changes or returns are not accepted.

The refund will be issued in the same form of payment that was made in the first place. It is important to know that if the payment was made with Paypal, the platform charges a refund commission, so the amount paid will be received minus said commission.

On occasions, due to light, the color of the product may be slightly modified, in this case, the return or exchange will be managed normally, with the User assuming the cost of sending the return.

Almost all of our jewelry is made of high-resistance stainless steel (it is indicated in the composition of the jewelry), so the care process for them is very simple. To enjoy the beauty of your jewelry for a long time, we recommend you follow these tips:

- Avoid contact with chemicals such as body lotions, perfumes, etc., as these contribute to the discoloration of your jewelry. The most advisable thing is to apply the perfume or makeup first and after waiting a few minutes, put on your jewelry.

- You can wash your hands or take a shower with stainless steel jewelry, as one of its properties is water resistance. Still, like any material, it is not 100% infallible. Therefore, use a neutral shower gel that does not contain chemicals. After you shower, remove the soap from the jewelry and dry it.

- You can swim in the pool or in the sea with stainless steel jewelry, but only if it is something occasional. In both cases, the water contains elements such as chlorine or salt, which in the long term can deteriorate the shine and golden color of the jewellery. If you have already bathed, it is best to clean and dry the jewelry.

- Store your jewelry separately to prevent scratches. The best place is in a cloth bag or jewelry box.

- After use, wipe off accumulated oil, sweat and dirt with a soft microfiber cloth.

- Do not sleep with your jewelry on. Movements during the night can damage or deform the pieces.

- You can clean your jewelry daily with a soft microfiber cloth and thus restore its shine. If the dirt is greater, you can make a mixture with warm water and neutral pH soap and leave the jewelry to soak for a few minutes. Afterward, rub the jewelry with a soft microfiber cloth until dry.
